| Effective 1 July 2008, or as contracts allow, Lonza will increase prices on certain of its biocide and oleochemical products by up to 30%. |
This increase is necessitated by continued escalation in raw material, packaging, en-ergy and transportation costs. To minimize the effect of these increases in cost, Lonza will continue its aggressive efforts at cost control while maintaining security of supply to its customers.
